What is the parking situation?

There are about 40 parking spaces on the Boedecker Collaborative Campus where Riverside Revival is located. There is a large parking lot with approximately 100 spaces across Porter Rd. behind the Snapshot office building.

Is this an all ages venue? Do you require a guardian for guests under 18?

Yes, most events are all ages unless the content presented or performer requires an age restriction. Concert guests are asked for IDs upon entering for consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Do you accept cash? 

No, Riverside Revival is a cash-less venue. We use Square payment terminals and accept credit card payment for tickets, food and beverage. Artists selling merchandise on site may have different payment policies.

Camera policy? 

No professional cameras are permitted without prior approval of performers and Riverside Revival. In most cases, cell phone cameras are permitted unless the performer has a different policy. If there is a camera restriction it will be announced and posted.

ADA accessible? 

Yes, Riverside Revival is ADA accessible with designated parking just outside the main entrance on the Boedecker Collaborative Campus parking lot. There are no steps to the main level and a ramp to backstage area and elevator to kitchen if needed.

Do you serve food and alcohol? 

Yes! Our food is prepared fresh on site under the direction of Executive Chef, Nick Govrik. We also offer catering for private and special events. We offer full bar service.

Lost and found? 

If you lost an item please call 615-585-8484 and we can check our lost and found. Items are held for 30 days and then discarded.

Is there seating available? 

Seating configurations differ for each event. Concert events on sale to the public have seat maps on display at the point of purchase on Ticket Master. There are 37 fixed seats in the balcony.

Dogs allowed? 

No, animals are not allowed because food preparation on site. Service animals with proper credentials are permitted.

Smoking allowed? Vapes? 

Smoking and vaping is allowed on the outside plaza only, not in the building.

Bag policy?

Purses and small bags are allowed but subject to search upon entry.
